What the 10% Discount Covers

Eligible services (Residential & Commercial):

  • New asphalt driveways and replacements

  • Parking lots, drive lanes, and loading zones

  • Resurfacing/overlays and milling

  • Tar & chip (chip seal) driveways and private roads

  • Base prep, grading, drainage corrections

  • Patching, full-depth/base repairs, crack sealing

  • Striping/ADA layout and re-striping

Not eligible: Sealcoating is excluded from this discount.

How To Redeem (3 Easy Steps)

  1. Tell us upfront — mention “Teachers 10%” when you request your estimate.

  2. Show proof — provide one of the proof options before we finalize the proposal.

  3. Save 10% — we apply the discount to the qualifying scope on your estimate/invoice.

Acceptable Proof of Employment

Provide one (feel free to redact SSNs/sensitive info):

  • Current school ID or district ID

  • Recent pay stub/contract (with sensitive info covered)

  • Employment verification letter (district HR or principal)

  • State educator license (if applicable)

Household use: If the property is owned by a teacher’s immediate household, a matching photo ID confirming the relationship is fine.

Terms & Notes

  • Sealcoating does not qualify.

  • Discount must be requested before signing; new proposals only.

  • One discount per project; not combinable with other promos/special pricing.

  • Applies to the qualifying paving scope (labor/materials) listed on your proposal.

  • Valid for eligible Tennessee educators/staff; property must be in Tennessee.

  • We reserve the right to verify eligibility and deny misuse.
