Acceptable Proof of Eligibility

Provide one (you may redact sensitive info):

• State agricultural sales-tax exemption card/number

• USDA/FSA documentation (e.g., farm & tract number letter)

• Property tax record showing agricultural classification

• Farm business license or farm LLC documentation

• Farm Bureau membership card (with matching photo ID)

Household use is fine if the property is owned by the farm operator’s immediate household (bring matching photo IDs).
